The Standard and Premium tiers are optional one-time purchases for those who want AI features and a professionally printed book.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both Standard and Premium include all AI features: story polishing, follow-up questions, the AI Book Editor, and a professionally printed book. The difference is the book itself. Standard gives you a beautiful hardcover casewrap book with premium B&W interior. Premium upgrades to a hardcover linen wrap with dust jacket, full-color interior on coated paper, enhanced layout, and your choice of linen color with foil stamping.
Is there really no subscription?

Can I try the AI features before buying?
Yes! The first time you use AI story polish, you get one free "magic moment" preview so you can see the quality before deciding to purchase. You'll see your original story side by side with the polished version.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium later?
Yes! If you start with Standard and later want the premium hardcover book, you can upgrade to Premium at any time. Your AI features and stories carry over seamlessly.
Do I need Standard or Premium to make a book?
You can create a PDF book for free — your stories are formatted into a clean, printable layout with your photos and chapter organization. Standard and Premium add the AI Book Editor, which writes connecting text (foreword, intros, transitions, afterword) to make it read like a professionally authored memoir, plus a real printed book delivered to your door.
What if I switch to a new iPhone?
Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not your device. When you get a new iPhone or iPad, simply use "Restore Purchases" in Settings and all your features come right back. Your stories sync automatically through iCloud.
