Seller and scope

Your web purchase is with the provider named in the legal notice. These terms cover digital app access, digital books and gift codes for consumers. Physical print ordering is disabled. There is no physical shipping or return of goods.

Order and payment

The product, tier, currency and total price are shown before payment. Web payments use Stripe. Confirm tax treatment, the precise point of contract formation, contract storage and confirmation, and the delivery deadline: [TODO_TERMS_CONTRACT_DELIVERY]. You can correct your details before proceeding to payment.

App Store purchases are processed by Apple under the applicable App Store conditions. Web purchase and refund requests go to our support address. The displayed tier is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Digital access and gift codes

A gift grants the selected tier to its recipient, not the buyer. Redeem the code in the iOS app. Codes are intended for one redemption. The current backend sets new web codes to expire after one year. Confirm and legally review that limit before sale: [TODO_TERMS_GIFT_VALIDITY].

Your content and AI

You keep ownership of your stories and photos. You grant us the permission needed to process the material for features you request. Respect the rights of people whose content you upload or share. AI output may contain errors. Review it before using or sharing your book.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

The withdrawal notice explains the deadline, procedure and digital-content exception. Sending a gift code alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights concerning defective digital products, required updates, remedies and liability remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Statutory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected.
