Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal notice

You may withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received under the contract without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We charge no refund fee. No physical goods need to be returned.

Digital content and gift codes

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right expires when performance begins only if you expressly agreed to an early start, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right, and received the required contract confirmation recording both statements.

Sending a gift code alone is not treated as delivery of the underlying digital content or as a waiver of withdrawal. The buyer retains the withdrawal right unless a legally applicable exception has been fulfilled.
